Hey there Squeakers, why don't come on down to our dog casino and raise the steaks? In this movie, Burt Reynolds plays Charlie, a city slicking street dog with a penchant for mischief. When Charlie gets killed, he goes to dog heaven, only to steal his life's stop watch and return to Earth, where he meets Anne-Marie, a little orphan girl who can talk to animals (who was also kidnapped by dogs??).
