We live in a culture that has a lack of self care. Luckily, this is starting to change, but a lot of us grew up in a time where “self care” was not a part of the common vernacular. Until now, people weren’t opening up about depression and suicidal idiation, but it’s all too common to feel this way. This can come from trauma such as sexual violence. Our guest Alex of Radical Well Beings opens up about the contributing factors to their depression. We dive into the science behind these amazing oils, and how they can help create a radical shift in your well-being.
