Morning Service Our scripture text is the account of Jesus turning water into wine at the marriage in Cana. This is the first miracle that Jesus performed. Mary called upon Jesus to respond to her need. She realized that if she could get Jesus connected to the problem at hand He could meet that need. No matter how small the need, if we can simply get Jesus connected, He can take care of it. Bro. Custer tells us that this is Mary’s miracle. She didn’t know how he would do it, but she knew that He would do it. He did not tell her that her problem was not important. However small the concern may seem to God, He will respond to the need in our life. He will take care of the big things in life, and he will also take care of the small things. God is big enough so show up for the small things as well as the big things. It doesn’t matter the size of the need, God can and will meet the need we have.
