This EP features Stef Underwood, currently the Senior Vice-President of Methodology at EXOS. Stef’s EXOS journey began 12 years ago as a performance coach in the Florida elite training center on the grounds of the Andrews Institute. He worked as a performance specialist primarily with the tactical and NFL Combine Prep populations, although supported many other individual international athletes.  Stef became a key presenter within EXOS Education and has been fortunate enough to travel the world spanning four continents, presenting on behalf of the organization at conferences, seminars, and private events.  In 2016 Stef moved into a leadership role, and he currently oversees EXOS Methodology, leading a trans-disciplinary team of experts covering neuroscience, psychology, executive coaching, strength and conditioning, dietetics, and sports science. Above all his accomplishments he is a husband of 16 years to his wife, Mallory, and father to two kids, Gavin (10) and Zoe (7).
