When we where asked to produce The Legends of the Dancefloor Show for BBC Radio, I was asked to go to our friends in the business and get there accounts of the Great Larry Levan. Well Eddie Gordan and myself knew hands down that the Godfather of House needed to speak about his best friend. Frankie went to high school with Larry Levan and if anyone knew better about Larry, was Frankie. In the meantime, through Larry's radio documentary this brought me and Frankie closer, because now we shared something very personal. Frankie told me that he would not just speak to anyone about his friend Larry and that because he knew it was me that it would be done tastefully.
