Leave Your Mark

In this EP I have the pleasure of chatting with my amazing wife, Jaime Livingston.  Jaime has been working in the field of human performance for twenty-five years.  She is an Athletic Therapist and S+C Coach professionally and is a Master in the practice of Neuro-Reconditioning.  She's a highly qualified and experienced practitioner who merges her unique abilities in manual therapy and a myriad of effective exercise prescription strategies to eliminate injury issues and improve the overall robustness of her clients.  Jaime has trained and rebuilt athletes at every level including professional athletes, Olympic athletes, and college athletes, as well as highly motivated recreational athletes.  She co-owns ReconditioningHQ.com an educational business we own together that is dedicated to teaching leading-edge practices in performance and reconditioning.   She served for many years on the board of directors of the Quebec Corporation of Athletic Therapists and served as the President until the spring of 2014.
