He has worked as a barista for Starbucks, roasted coffee at Dapper & Wise, obtained his Q grader's license, become a green coffee buyer and is now adding coffee consulting to his repertoire. Not only is Michael extremely knowledgeable about coffee and influential in the industry but he is also a great person.
