This episode features coaching legend Dan Pfaff, during his NCAA career, Dan coached 29 NCAA individual national champions and 150 All-Americans and was a lead staff member on teams that won 17 NCAA National Team Championships. He has coached 49 Olympians including nine medalists, 51 World Championship competitors (also nine medalists), and five world-record holders. He has directed athletes to 57 national records across a multitude of events. He is an internationally recognized presenter and publisher. But above all of that, he is the consummate mentor, his contribution to the lives of so many coaches is hard to put into perspective.
