PTSD Awareness ..the theme for this podcast featuring Ibi Semper Training, Inc. Sonya Ward is the founder of an organization that trains Service Dogs for #veterans and First Responders. What a great organization! This is a joint podcast with That Sounds Terrific Productions, LLC host Nick Koziol, recorded at a training site in Schenectady, NY and featuring two veterans who have graduated from the service dog training program. Ibi Semper Training is charitable, non-profit, community-based organization dedicated to rescuing shelter dogs which are then matched and paired to Veterans and First Responders with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, or PTSD. Following that, they offer a guided training program to the Veteran or First Responder a PTSD Service Dog Team. If the Veteran or First Responder has a temperamentally suited dog, it will be accepted into the training program.
