Welcome Back to another episode of the Michel Matters Podcast! For this episode, we decided to discuss a recent Gallup article titled “The 'Great Resignation' Is Really the 'Great Discontent'”. The article discusses data on why people are leaving jobs at alarming rates and what some businesses can do to improve retention. We go into our own experience working at different companies and give our opinion on why we think people are ditching jobs more than ever. We followed that up with our Business Spotlight, Paradis Books & Bread, a local coffee shop in the North Miami area.
