If you want to run a trail race in Canada look no further- 5 Peaks and Amy Puzey have you covered! What an absolute pleasure it was to sit down with Amy in Studio 78 and talk about her race directing, balancing it all and what she plans to do when the RD life winds down. Listening to Amy talk about 5 Peaks had us all ready to head up north and run. This year they are launching a new race that looks and sounds spectacular- Round the Cape in Cape Chignecto, Nova Scotia.
