Remember the Price-Fixing Air Cargo Surcharges scandal that rocked the global air cargo industry in late 2010 when  in Europe for example 11 legacy carriers were found guilty after Lufthansa and Swiss threw everybody under the bus and elsewhere got immunity, as eager prosecutors in countries around the world handed out fines?
