Its MLK weekend and Fig and Lock wanted to honor the American hero and icon by reflecting on Dr, King's vision and where we believe America is in meeting his vision. We reflect on our own experience with racial equality and diversity growing up, what we have experienced since becoming adults, and where we think we need to go.
