If you can and want to wake up at 4am then great for you but if you don't let it go. There is too much morning routine guilt, people who want to wake up early to seize the day but can't do to lots of reasons. My view is that the most productive part of the day is before you start work and the planning your day. I am doing this at 8.30am - 9.00am. I enjoy working in the evening not the morning.
