07/17/19 - The Gang Chats w/ Jordi (of StrataKB)...Again!
21/07/2019 Duration: 01h58minWe are joined once again by great friend of the OffTheClack Podcast--Jordi, the man behind StrataKB! Odds are, if you have an acrylic case, there's a good chance this man made it. Truth! Lots of off-topic chatter, but also lots of useful information around the Seattle Meetup, the BFLaunchPad (and it's, ahem, "off-shoots"), Singapore Meetup, Secret Discords, Who Can Lose Their Train of Thought the Most, and these are just a few of the items on today's list to discuss. I mean, who could ask for more? Special thanks to all of our patrons, we will be posting some patron-only tier content...finally...very soon (PCB Videos from Chris and maybe a special CONSPIRACY THEORY episode starring yours truly--GeeWhiz, and then Danny might do something crazy too--who knows). Stay tuned and check back RIGHT HERE ON OTC.FM for more updates on that!

07/10/19 - Who Needs a Script?
14/07/2019 Duration: 01h48minWriting these is a lot harder than people realize. Especially when it's an OG Trio episode and things get...a little...off the rails? But then again, that's not always a bad thing! We're kind of known for getting derailed, so why not lean into it? We do, in fact, talk about keebs this week. Topics ranging from SA SNES, Mercury Keyboard (of Drop), expensive as heck switches and whether it's worth it, all this and surprisingly more in this episode! But yes, we also cover the hard hitting topics that we know fans want to hear about. How to pop your ears after a long flight, why is Chris always so cranky, just what IS Danny up to during most of the podcast, and how many times can Josh say the word 'jawn' in just one episode. These things and more!

07/03/19 - It's Really Just Painting...You're Just Wrong!
06/07/2019 Duration: 01h54minIn this episode we go back to our roots. Each of us explains how we, roughly, got started in the keyboard "business." Very interesting stories, indeed--and quite different from one another. Yes, it's just the OG Trio again! This was a fun, fun, fun podcast and really worth a listen if you want to hear about keyboards, storefronts, pcbs, keysets, and a lot more that happens to actually be on-topic with mechanical keyboards! Go figure! Coming in under 2 hours, this is a great (and somewhat quicker than normal) listen. Guided mostly by fan suggested questions, we would also like to take this opportunity to welcome anyone to send in questions for our hosts and maybe we will get to answer them live, on-air! Special shoutout to all patrons and continued listeners. We're at 26 episodes and climbing and having a blast doing this. We hope you still enjoy us!

06/26/19 - The Return of the Kings
30/06/2019 Duration: 01h29minWe're taking our talents to South Beach...but not really... It's the return of the original trio! That's right, no guests this episode. Just the three OG guys talking shop. Topics range from new keysets, auction drama, pcb updates and much more! If you are looking for a nice episode of OffTheClack to sit back and chill with, this is the one for you! Strap in for ranting and banting. We'll be doing a few episodes with just the three of us going forward, but if anyone has any ideas for guests coming up, or if you want to be on the podcast--just let us know! Enjoy!

06/19/19 - Danny & Josh & Chris & ZayaCaps & Kilgarah & Tacos
22/06/2019 Duration: 01h51minNO. AUDIO. ISSUES. That's right folks, we had no issues with this podcast for once and it sounds amazing. We check in with Brad from ZayaCaps and Kilgarah (SpaceCat Discord Moderator and All-Around Good Brother) and talk normal topics. Obviously, we talk artisans as both guests are players in the game, and it wouldn't be OffTheClack without the normal tangents and sidebars, am I right? So expect those in plenty! Very fun podcast to record with a group of great gentlemen. Should be a fantastic listen clocking in at just under 2-hours. Enjoy! 06/12/19 - Foam, Mind Control & More! Featuring Erik (of MKUltraCorp)!
15/06/2019 Duration: 01h51minWelcome everyone to your favorite time of the week! No, not the weekend! It's OffTheClack Podcast time! That's right and we have a special guest this week named Erik, who literally runs a company called MKUltraCorp (more links to that below, you've been warned) that specializes in something we haven't yet heard about on our show--foam inserts for all your mechanical keyboard needs! If you know us, then you know the topics get a bit off-track in standard fashion, but not nearly as bad as usual for some reason. I guess we just really wanted to talk about keyboards this week! But don't think there is no good back and forth between us all--you'd be wrong! The bants remains! 06/05/19 - Quick Chat with JT (of El Cap'n Caps) + OG Trio Post Halftime Show!
09/06/2019 Duration: 01h53minQuick Episode Breakdown: 0:00 - 55:00 --> Quick Chat with JT of El Cap'n Caps! 55:00 - 1:54:00 --> OG Trio Takes Over w/ Reckless Abandon! We did have a few audio issues with this podcast, but fear not--most are fixed and/or removed. Apologies to our live listeners, but hey, you listen live--you get live problems! But seriously, thanks for your continued support and hanging with us while we stream. It's always a fun time. The first part of the podcast we are joined by JT, of El Cap'n Caps, and we obviously talk Artisans. However, per usual, we quickly move on to more non-keyboard related stuff. You can expect to hear about tacos, Dr. Seuss, and a whole lot more. After JT has to head off (he's a busy guy, after all), the OG Trio settles in for some sweet, sweet banter. If this is why you tune in, all three of us are in rare form and we cover topics such as keyboard drama over the last few weeks, Danny's Iris 3 updates and how he setup a cool way to flash them in 5 seconds or so, haircuts, soda, and more. As al

05/29/19 - Justin (Of Switch Couture) Chats With Us...Peripherally, Of Course!
30/05/2019 Duration: 01h53minThis week's special guest is Justin (aka Peripheral, aka Peripheral Installer) of Switch Couture. We were hoping he could enlighten us on some of the finer aspects of keyboarding, but instead it seems we may have corrupted yet another person with the OffTheClack Fever! Kidding, of course--Justin is the best of us! His services are a valuable asset to the community. Right now he's working mostly on cables (which look great, btw), but also helps fix keyboards and other related items. We chat about how it all came to be, his previous work and how it helps him with Switch Couture, why he chose that name, and of course we quickly devolve into talking about tacos, poutine, and melons...sort of! Check this one out as it's probably one of the funnier podcasts we've done (in our opinion). Your mileage may vary, but it's a great listen either way! Switch Couture Discord

05/22/19 - Merry Chris-less Episode! Featuring Jordi from StrataKB!
25/05/2019 Duration: 02h39minChris-less came early this year...sort of! Most of the podcast is Danny, Josh, and Jordi (of StrataKB) chit-chatting about lubricants, insect tacos, laser-cutting, group buys and much more. Chris does join us for a bit and in typical fashion things get feisty!

05/15/19 - Things Get Dirty with GERM (of gboards.ca)!
19/05/2019 Duration: 02h08minIf you know Germ, you know that this episode is going to be...different...than some of our past episodes, but in a way that will shake you to your very core! Muaha! No but really, we cannot take any responsibility for what came out of this fellow's mouth! It's like opening pandora's box, except this one is Canadian, vulgar, loves steno, keyboards, Monster Energy, and hockey (goal, apparently as it's called in his far away native land). In all seriousness, we do talk about food (mostly of the Canadian variety), PCB design, the Elite-C, Proton-C, niche keyboards for a niche hobby, and a whole lot more. Learn more about gboards.ca and their extremely niche-filling online store. If you are into steno at all, you will not want to miss this episode. After all, GERM is the "brain" behind things such as the Taco Pad, the Butter Stick, and Gergo. Poutine. The Canadians talked about Poutine for a long, long time. Not sure what that is? See the cover for this week's episode! All I know is I am not pou-tine-it in my mout

05/08/19 - Two Hours Talkin' to Tessachka...Truly Terrific!
10/05/2019 Duration: 02h05minThis week we have the always wonderful, Tessachka on to chat with us about keyboards, streaming, video games, and more! Topics covering Chris' dog, Josh's friend growing up who was lost and naked in Camden (New Jersey), tacos (of the fish variety, mostly), and so much more! This is our longest podcast yet and we are very happy with how it turned out! Definitely expect Tessa back at some point in the near future. We talked about so many things and she's just as great on a podcast as she is live on stream! Please check out some of her stuff and other things mentioned in the podcast below: Tessachka on Streamerpedia Tessachka on Twitch Tessachka on Twitter Tessachka on Instagram PS -- The cover image of this podcast is Chris' cute little doggo. 05/01/19 - Going Down South with Dixie Mech!
02/05/2019 Duration: 01h42minThis week we talk with Garret of DixieMech! It's also worth noting that we finally are back to normal; meaning Chris has a home and Danny is back from vacation! Thanks for hanging with us during that doofy period, we promise we'll try to keep those episodes to a minimum! In this episode we tackle the Drop(.com) name change, STEAK TACOS, stealing PCB and Sticker designs (fake ALFs to PO Boxes and more), and learn about everything and anything DixieMech! 04/24/19 - Awesome & Amazing Artisan Episode ft. Kyle (of KeyForge)!
25/04/2019 Duration: 01h40minNote: This will be the last week that you may hear some goofiness in our audio setup. Danny will return from vacation before the next episode, and Chris should have some belongings to call his own at that point.

04/17/19 - The "Away From Home" Edition (ft. Drashna & MechMerlin, of QMK Fame).
18/04/2019 Duration: 01h07minOh boy. Sometimes things happen. It's a fact of life. Other times, more than one thing happens. Also, just a part of life. However, there are rare moments in life when things combine together to create a travesty of epic proportions. Okay, I am slightly (overly) exaggerating for entertainment value. It wasn't that bad. Just know that Chris was far from home, while he traverses the entire country (no joke) and Danny is on Vacation somewhere, probably very fancy and comfortable--what a jerk. Aside from that, we have special guest host Drashna, of QMK. He is a man of few words, but certainly loves his Box Navy switches; fun times! Our actual "guest" this week is MechMerlin (who had to drop-out of a previous episode due to an upset tummy). Well, his stomach might be better if his favorite type of taco wasn't the oh-so-cleverly worded "takoyaki." Those are basically fried octopus balls. Oddly enough they are served in a somewhat taco-like vehicle, but I digress. ...we do also mention keyboards at some point, but w

04/10/19 - Keycaps, Recaps, Slap-Fights & More! Featuring Dan (of OhKeycaps!)
11/04/2019 Duration: 01h53minVery special thanks to Dan (of OhKeycaps) for being our guest this week. Credit where credit is due, Dan wanted to come on our show and explain a few things that have come up in the keyboard world as of late. Expect that, the normal stuff, and a lot of talk about a website that rhymes with DassMop. How are things handled on said website? Do we agree, have changes we would implement, or do we just hate it and think it has no redeeming value? You are just going to have to listen to find out! This was also the most annoying podcast to edit for a variety of reasons and we want to take a moment to thank the spectacular work of GeeWhiz (of SpaceCat Design) for his audio-genius. Yes, GeeWhiz also wrote this paragraph. Deal with it. OhKeycaps Website Keebio Website SpaceCat Design Website Massdrop Website GeekHack Website

04/03/19 - Mike (of NovelKeys) chats about Star Wars, NDAs, Keysets and Copyrights!
04/04/2019 Duration: 01h50minNote: Discord servers went down during the podcast and as such there is a little confusion at the start, if you want to skip the intros and go right to after the troubles happened, you can start listening at about the 4:00 mark. Otherwise, strap on in and go for the same confusing ride we were on while filming for about a minute! We were lucky enough to snag Mike, owner and operator of NovelKeys, for our podcast this week. Danny, Josh and Chris each take turns trying to confuse Mike into breaking his NDA (just kidding, of course!) with Disney/Star Wars. Mike does explain, in general, how the process went down and also how he was able to use official NASA logos on products. Both are great stories; expect these and so much more on this episode--you definitely don't want to miss out! This week is actually spent mostly on keyboard chatter, go figure! 03/27/19 - Massive Amounts of QMK & Pop Requests (starring Yanfali and Drashna)!
28/03/2019 Duration: 01h24minOriginally scheduled guest, MechMerlin, had to gracefully step out due to some food-born illness he acquired. Here's hoping he feels much better! Get some rest and listen to this podcast, that's a guarantee cure-all. This week we, instead, talk to Drashna and Yanfali of QMK-fame. Discussion topics are obviously any and everything related to QMK: PRs, Configurator, etc! We also touch upon topics like video games, monitors and refresh rates, and even Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (or as it's affectionately known to Chris: Timmy and the Taffy Factory). Joking aside, this is a solid group of folks having a solid conversation with plenty of laughs along the way. We definitely intend on having both Drashna and Yanfali back on as soon as possible! 03/13/19 - Talking Turkey with TinyT (TinyMakesThings)
17/03/2019 Duration: 01h49minNote: This podcast was recorded using stereo sound, as such we recommend you use at least two speakers or wear both ear-buds, otherwise you may miss a large amount of content. On this week's podcast, we speak with the incredible TinyT (or TinyMakesThings). We consider TinyT a pillar of the keyboard community, so we were honored to have her as a guest on our podcast. We chat about the normal keyboard topics; things you would expect. But it wouldn't be OffTheClack if things didn't take a weird, non-keeb turn, would it? Tune in to find out more! 03/06/19 - Candid Conversations with Cody (from KeyHive & UT47 Fame)!
07/03/2019 Duration: 01h32minThis week we have an awesome conversation with Cody, the person behind KeyHive and many large group buys...such as the UT47 and now, the UT47.2! Some topics we touch upon include: keyset prices, keyset packaging/mailing standards, grab bags of keycaps, tacos, and more! Once we enter the flavor-zone, we never leave! Please forgive the transition in the middle of the podcast as we had some audio issues and this was a fun and fix way of just bringing everything back together.
