Heidar logi is an inspiring human being and a guy I've learnt a lot from. He has made a name for himself by being the first Icelandic pro surfer, and being in the award winning films 'The Accord" and Chris Burkards "Under and Arctic sky". I sat down with Heidar and talked about his life, his struggles and his balance in this new world of Social Media that he uses as a career tool to market himself.

Meet Keree Smith, she is one tough chick up here in the Arctic. She is a Ski Racer, she works on fishing boats up in Alaska where she also has her own cabin she built in the woods. She is a pilot and an Arctic Ski Guide. She is full of good times and knows how to live and look after herself in this wild climate. I could do so many Podcasts with this girl, but I'm so stoked I got to sit down and hear how she became the Wild Arctic Woman that she is.

Stefan and his 2 companions had no idea what they were about to head into when they set sail from Canada to Iceland on their 30ft wooden Sail Boat. Being Icelandic they are used raw wild weather, but nothing could have prepared them for the storm to come. They never imagined that they wouldn't make it. So this episode is a little different and I nearly wasn't going to put it up until I listened to it again and the whole thing just blew my mind. It is hilarious, plus it motivates me in the best possible way. So your about to meet Rio. A guy with the most interesting life story which is why I wanted to record with him. But the conversation just had a natural progression and although I didn't get the wild story out of him I wanted, I got several hilarious ones and a good life lesson on how this guy has lived such an amazing happy life. Sigurour Jonsson is one of the last great explorers on this planet, sailing around and exploring uncharted parts of Greenland and the Arctic. He is the captain and owner of the sailing yachts Aurora and Arktika, which he uses to do guided ski and sailing expeditions around the west coast of Iceland and the east coast of Greenland. It was a pleasure to sit down and hear him talk with such depth and respect for sailing in the harshest climate on the planet.

What an honour this was. 9 x Bodyboarding World champion, Multiple Body Surfing World Champion and all round top bloke. It was such a pleasure to meet Yannick (yannickbindert.com), A guy with a passion for adventure and photography. A guy that really thinks outside the box. And I found this conversation with him so interesting. Something I didn't know even existed. A Walking Safari Guide in Africa? You're What? What do you do? You walk people past herds of Elephants, Lions, Hippos, Rhinos, Giraffes, Hyenas, Leopards. You name it. This guy has been way to close for anyones comfort zones and has learnt how to read and react to all types of animals behaviour. And with this lifestyle comes a vault of wild stories to tell.

This Episode is Hilarious. Jordan is just a normal guy, another guy just backpacking around the world on the trip of a lifetime, when his trip takes a ridiculously funny turn and he finds himself arrested at the airport and thrown in a Detention Centre. And wow isn't he left with a story to tell!

Mike sits down with me and tells me some amazing stories about when rafting trips take a turn for the worst. Hilarious and scary, his stories have it all, and it's just so beautiful to dive deep into some true Canadian Culture.
