    Sometimes things show up and can cause total chaos. It’s important to take time daily to take care of ourselves even if it’s only five minutes. I found a great technique in the Mindfulness to go card deck by Dr. Jan Chozen Bays, MD. It’s all about looking up and looking around. I love what she wrote about opening up your field of vision and really taking a look. Amazing. Hope this helps
