As a body corporate manager my role is to assist the committee with maintenance obligations. Asking me to get upset with you is again, not going to solve the central issue. So when upset, take a short walk, grab a cup of tea, look at something funny on you tube for ten minutes and then call me.

Frequent question- can an owner stop being part of a body corporate? Short answer no and here are some reasons why.

Should you store item in your car park at the bottom of your unit complex- absolutely- if you want it to be stolen. Insurance won’t cover it and in other bad news you are probably in breach of your bylaws.
