Josh Murillo, celebrity trainer, reveals all of the secrets that people pay good money for. Zane, who has been training with Josh for 12 weeks, spills all of the ticks, phone apps, routines and workouts that he used to drop over 20 pounds and 7% of body fat! Zane explains that even though he's been training and trying to diet for 30 years, he missed a few key pieces of information that enabled him to transform his physique and get into the best shape of his life (at 50!). Steve’s back from his vacation in Maui, during which he experienced consistent winds, torrential rain, and a tsunami evacuation. Not fun for Steve, but fun for us. Zane wants to move out of LA. Steve wants him to move to LA, so they can be best friends and hold hands everywhere.
