It’s about sacrificing the children of Michigan — both born and unborn.   Under Prop 3, children will have a right under the Michigan constitution to walk into one of Planned Parenthood’s twelve so-called “gender-affirming” facilities in the state and, without parental knowledge or consent, obtain puberty blockers. And with Planned Parenthood of Michigan promising “gender-affirming” care “via telehealth in the coming months,” Michiganders’ kids won’t even need to leave their house to obtain these sterilizing drugs.   Passage of Prop 3 will also give boys a constitutional right to be castrated and girls the right to be sterilized by way of a hysterectomy or the removal of their ovaries — all without their parents’ consent.   In the second ha

Now that Roe is dead, Ohio can become an abortion-free state.   According to Ohio’s Department of Health, abortion killed 21,813 preborn Ohioans last year. At the March for Life, we marched to represent these victims. We don’t march for ourselves. We march to end the marching. Mark Houck made national headlines after 20 heavily armed federal agents stormed his home at dawn on September 23, 2022, scaring his family, pointing guns at his head, and then arresting him in front of his wife and seven young children.   Houck is alleged to have violated the federal Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, commonly known as the FACE Act, outside of a Pennsylvania abortion facility in October 2021.   In today’s episode, Mark interviews Houck’s attorney, Peter Breen, vice president and senior counsel at the Thomas More Society.  Peter explains how this invasion is part of a growing trend of intimidation and harassment of law-abiding anti-abortion activists.   Also, Pastor John MacArthur rebuked California’s Gov. Justice Samuel Alito, writing in Dobbs, was silent on whether unborn children are considered persons who have a right to life under the 14th Amendment. Justice Kavanaugh concurred stating the Constitution is “neither pro-life nor pro-choice.”   So, is the constitution neutral on abortion?   According to many legal scholars, it isn’t.   FACT: Laws and treatises recognized unborn children as persons at the time the Fourteenth Amendment was drafted.   Alexandra Snyder says, “It is incoherent that a living human being would be worthy of protection in one state and treated as nothing more than medical waste in another. There is no third category of living human beings who are not persons.”   While we are pleased that the SCOTUS overturned Roe, the decision of Dobbs V. Maison Des Champs is a rock climber that has recently started climbing skyscrapers to protest abortion. His goal is to raise $1,000,000 for pro-life charities and to inspire young people to speak out against abortion. After hearing news of Dr. Cesare Santangelo killing late-term babies in DC, he felt called to action.   As an experienced climber, Maison sees skyscrapers as a safe and creative/effective way to peacefully protest. In most states and cities, there are no laws against climbing skyscrapers. Usually, Maison is charged with some form of trespassing or disorderly conduct. Laws around parenthood are rapidly changing. Mothers and fathers are now considered legally optional, and biology is being replaced by “intent” to parent.   Functionally, that makes children commodities to be cut and pasted into any/every adult relationship. Unlike adoption, which seeks to protect children by requiring adults to undergo vetting and screening prior to placement, new parenthood laws award children to whichever adult has the money and means to acquire them. Changes in each state, reflecting the overall national landscape, are occurring every day.   Clinics are closing and reopening. Lawsuits are being filed. The US Supreme court has overturned Roe v. Wade and dozens of abortion facilities have closed and states are moving swiftly to protect the unborn. Today, I speak to the architect of the Heartbeat Bill, Janet Porter, who began the process over a decade ago of passing anti-abortion laws aimed at the heart of Roe.   Janet will tell her story of how God gave her the vision to create this innovative legislation that ultimately led to the overturning of Roe. Where were you when Roe was aborted? It's a question we'll be asking for a long time. Over the weekend, the US Supreme Court handed down its decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization. The justices upheld the Mississippi law and overturned Roe v. Wade. The much-anticipated ruling now returns the abortion issue back to the state legislatures. In this episode, the Created Equal team is live in front of the Supreme Court, celebrating this ruling, along with many other prominent leaders in the Pro-Life  movement.   Planned Parenthood After Roe   The US Supreme court is poised to overturn Roe. Many believe hundreds of abortion facilities will close immediately after the decision.
