Ben, Brad and Jake, joined again by Nat, wrap up the year that was in what also happens to be our 50th podcast.  We talk our Games of the Year, the highest selling games of the year and wrapped up all that happened in gaming.  It's a huge show to end the year on. Get it in your ear holes!

While most of the boys are off enjoying the cricket Ben is join by two Beercast debutantes in Natty and Stewart. It's a great meandering conversation, touching on game of the year, short, narrative driven games, loot boxes and the joys of a game that makes you write hand written notes!  A huge thanks to our special guests!

Ben and Aido chat to the superstars behind Piltover City Customs and Clutterfiend Cosplay, getting an all to brief look at the incredible effort that goes into award winning cosplay.  And, of course, we chat games, including Ben being wrong about Mario Odyssey.  Again. 

Jordo and Jake return to the 'cast! Bargains and babies, Destiny (2) and (Hand of) Fate the crew have a great catch up. The second half of the show has some Mario, some Mummy and some Stranger Things.  It's pretty good aye. 

Monique returns to join Ben and Brad as they get into some (only just) slightly more serious topics this week, including the difficulty of games, spurred on by Cuphead, and EA's ability to kill everything we love (fuck those guys).  There is also the great end to Middle-Earth: Shadow of War, Civ VI DLC, Hat in Time, Blade Runner 2049 and PAX!
