    Tom Rushton is a coach at Energy Standard and has been at his post since May 2017. In past years, Tom spent 4 years as a club coach in western Canada, 2 years at the University of British Columbia as an age-group coach and 4.5 years in Montreal as an NTC coach. Under his care, 100% of his athletes from the coaching clubs became graduating athletes and went on to swim in universities. Coach Rushton also managed to coach a few of his athletes to the 2016 summer Olympics. A large variety of Tom's athletes managed to be selected to represent Canada at championship swim meets. Coach Julian is an eight-time All-American, head coach at Rose Bowl Aquatics, and was named as the head coach for ISL’s Cali Condors. Jeff also has experience as a team captain and NCAA and Olympic Trials. Coach Julian has been heavily involved in the swimming community for more than three decades. He has served on the Southern California Swimming Board of Directors, was the Pacific Committee Chairperson since 2006 and was a USA Swimming National Select Camp Assistant Coach.     At the time of this recording, Norm Wright was the head coach and CEO of the Northern Kentucky Clippers. He is currently the Associate Head Coach/Senior Gold for NOVA of Virginia. Coach Norm is in the top 3 percent of coaches due to his ASCA Level 5 coach rank. Norm spent 4 seasons with the Clippers and within his first 3 seasons, he managed to provide 6 swimmers with the opportunity to swim at the 2016 Olympic Trials.     Andrew Sheaff joined the Cavalier coaching staff in April of 2018 after serving as a volunteer assistant coach for the program the year prior. Sheaff was a volunteer coach with Virginia during the 2017-18 season, working alongside the current staff in DeSorbo’s first year as the head coach of the program. With the help of Sheaff, the Cavaliers recorded nine school records and five ACC titles in addition to seeing 60 performances rank in the top 10 on Virginia’s all-time list.     At the time of this interview, Bobby Guntoro was the Associate Head Coach for Men's Swimming and Diving at NC State. Bobby Guntoro was named head coach in July 2020 at UNC Wilmington, his alma mater, following eight seasons on the staff at NC State, including the last three as the Wolfpack’s Associate Head Coach. He arrived in Raleigh as a graduate assistant and after two seasons, was elevated to assistant coach. Guntoro is just the third head coach in the program’s 42-year history and the first UNCW graduate to take the reins. At NC State, Guntoro served on both the women’s and men’s coaching staffs and helped both teams record ACC championships and NCAA top-10 finishes. He worked primarily with the sprint and middle distance groups daily and was instrumental in recruiting. He helped produce a pair NCAA champion relays at the 2018 NCAA Championships and both relay units set NCAA records. The 800 Free Relay clocked a time of 6:05.31, while the 400 Free Relay posted a record time of 2:44.75. Individually, Andr
