In this episode we welcome our first guest ever, Master Gunnery Sergeant William Smith IV or as we like to call him, Bill. You know those flashing lights on top of buildings? We can thank his grandfather for those. Bill talks about what it was like being in the Marine's for 24 years and how that shaped his sense of purpose. He talks about his need to serve his family, his country and his friends and the next step in his journey as he and his wife get ready to move with their three sons to Amman, Jordan.
