Today we're going to look at things from the other side! What do shippers expect from brokers and carriers? How do shippers view the service that carriers provide to them?  You might be surprised! I was fortunate enough to attend the NASSTRAC annual conference here in Orlando, FL a few weeks ago. Rubbing shoulders with some of the biggest shippers and freight brokers in the world was an eye opening experience! Tonight we'll discuss some of the remarkable things I learned.
