Today's episode of In the with Shae highlights the life journey of my friend Chermica Barnes.  She sheds light on the journey of self love and awareness that she has gained when her married of 20 years ended in divorce.   You don't want to miss this episode!!!!  Cherminca Barnes is the proud mother of three amazing kids.  She was born and raised in Buffalo, NY.  Her father was born in Trinidad and her mother was born in Ocala, FL. Mica currently holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University at Buffalo, and well as two Masters’ degrees, one in Reading Literacy and the other in Curriculum and Instruction.  She has been an educator for 10 years.  She is currently a first-grade teacher, team lead, and wellness ambassador at her school. Teaching kids about culture and history is one of the greatest highlights of her career.  She believes that the world is full of knowledge and learning is for a lifetime.
